Just heard from Ken at A Timeshare Broker. We passed ROFR
for HH...

Here are the details made offer on 5/1, 200 pt contract, September UY, 9 banked pts from 2002, 200 banked from 2003 and all 200 for 2004. We offered $66/pt we pay maintenance fees for 2004 and seller pays all of closing.

I am so excited, now we can visit Mickey at Halloween. This brings our total to 520 pts. Maybe thats enough............who am I kidding, can you ever have enough.
