Passed ROFR

On Friday April 18th our offer for Old Key West was submitted to DVC for review. Yesterday, April 25, one week later, I receieved notice from the Timeshare Store that Disney had waived their right and the contract was ours. We have 250 pts at Old Key West, UY April with all of 2008 pts available. $71.00 per point. It will be interesting to see how long the next step takes. Thanks for all of the help and advice from those on this board!

wow that was FAST! congrats. Mine was sent there late the 18th too, however I am expected Disney to snatch it back up just wish they would let me know right away so I can move on!

Mine was 72 at VWL with only 72 08 points coming so maybe there is hope

That's really fast. I have seen a couple fly thru like that. Of course that wasn't my luck but ours wasn't bad - 9 business days.

The fun has just begun. My entire process, from offer to getting points in the system was about 8 1/2 weeks. You need some that the rest moves so quickly.
