Passed ROFR Now What???

I have been watching the DIS boards for what seems like forever...... At last we have paid a deposit and have heard that we have passed ROFR on a resale at BWV 152 points which is where we really want to call home YIPPEEEEEE!!!! :thewave: We live in the UK, does anyone know how soon we will finalise and be able to book? We are going to Florida on Feb 19th any chance everything will be sorted by then, as we really want to buy the AP's as we have 3 trips planned this year. Thanks to everyone who posts on the DIS boards as without you guys it would have been much more difficult to decide wether to buy into DVC with living so far away.

you now have to wait about 15 days after your closing date..........for those in the UK closing does take a bit longer...........ask your closing agent how long it takes for UK members...................but once you close in Fla it takes 15 days for you to get into the DVC computer.........you have to call MS everyday after that day to find out when you are in the computer and only then can you begin to book anything...............it is all on the new owner to call DVC does not notify you of when you are live so to speak..........hope that helps.

Hi There

We are in Ireland and also passed ROFR last week, we were told that it would take a further 2 weeks from passing ROFR to closing.

If you don't manage to get into the system before you leave you can allways check while you are there and then get the AP's.

We paid 76 dollars pp with all points available Feb 05 sooooo excited but still managing to keep it a secret from our DD and Grand DD who have no idea. Hoping to surprise them with a couple of nights stay when we are over in April/May
