PASSED IN 7 DAYS!! Now what?

Well like I said we PASSED But for you other resale buying. How long has it taken latly to close. Anyone just closed that can give me alittle bit of a time line?

I'll be watchin gthis thread being that we just got the word that we passed also, We were told we should close in about 2 weeks.

Disney exercised the ROFR on our resale on November 9. We purchased through TTS. I received word yesterday that the estoppel has not come back yet, but should be received by the closing agency by the end of the week. Then closing papers will be drawn and sent. So, our estimated closing time, from ROFR, is 37 days (remembering that one week was a holiday week). I believe our original information stated that closing papers would be drawn up in approx. 28 days of the ROFR, based upon receiving the title search and estoppel info. Good luck and congrats!!!!
