Pass info needed

We are planning a non-Disney or at least a partial non-Disney (not sure we can stay away lol) for , most likely November 2010 to do the Universal parks and Seaworl and Busch Gardens. In looking at ticket prices I have been doing some number crunching and from what I can tell, a combo Seaworld/Busch Garden ticket plus paying for parking is within a dollar or so of a Busch Garden/Seaworld 1 year passport which includes parking. The passport also offers food and merchandise discounts so on the surface seems the better deal. Have any of you used the passport. Am I missing something or is the Passport the way to go?

Based on the SW web site, a SW/BG annual pass would be $149.95 & you would get free parking & a discount on food/beverage/merchandise.

A SW/BG combo ticket good for 14 days would be $99.95 & you would have to pay $12 to park.

If you have more than 1 person in your group, you may want to get the AP for one person & then purchase the combo tickets on-line for the other members of your group. That way you would get your free parking & food/beverage/merchandise discount, but wouldn't pay the additional $50 for the other members of your group.

I'd go with pink flamingo's idea. I've enjoyed having the passport.

You mentioned wanting to do all the other theme parks, have you looked into the orlando flex ticket? It's a 14 day ticket to all the parks, you can add the option of busch gardens to it as well. And it'll let you take the shuttle to busch gardens for free. But you do still have to pay parking.
