Party Planner - Room Decorator at DW?? Help!!

Hi...
I hope someone can help me...A couple of years ago my whole family went to DW to celebrate my Dad's 60th birthday...
We had his room decorated by an outside company...I think it was called "lifetime" something or "making memories" something...They were party planners that would do anything you wanted to make any moment special...
I did do some searches on these boards but couldn't find anything..Does anyone know who they are/what their website is?
I would really appreciate anyone that can help me out...

No need to contact expensive party planners. Just give me the room number and my little assistant and I will run over and decorate for you. As you can see, he's a whiz at making paper streamers!
