Party of 7 - 5 on DDP and 2 DDE

We will be traveling with 5 people who are on the DDP. DH and I have the DDE card. Can we all be on 1 bill -- or will the waiter let DH and I have a separate check in order not to confuse the bill? Is there any problem with 2 different dining plan arrangements sitting at the same table?

The waiter will have to ring two bills, and would probably be very grateful if you let them know ahead of time. Splitting bills and re-discounting them can be a nightmare.
