Partners Statue "Closure"

so the partners statue has been boarded up for quite a few weeks now. Anyone heard rumours of when it will be back? Some of the new hub area is looking not too far away from completion as well.

I haven't heard or seen a date for it. I'd imagine the walls around it will come down as soon as the immediate work around it is done. Shouldn't been too much longer until it's uncovered

The "Partners" area is another phase of the project. It's only been up a couple of weeks and very little work has been done in the area as of yet. It was covered up to prevent it from being damaged and I don't expect that it will be coming down anytime before that section is completed and no longer in danger of damage. In other words, don't count on it being real soon.

I'd hope that the box is down by March. It's not a very good look having it boarded up for so long

It wouldn't look very good damaged by the construction either. Besides exposed it would be too much of a temptation for people to climb over the restrains to get a picture. You can't fix stupid. So as my Aunt used to say about child raising... remove the cause!

looks nice! It seems they have removed much of the grass to install new standing areas for viewing the fireworks. is that what was done here, or are there more enhancements I'm missing?
