I am not doing Atkins or WW at this time. I am doing an herbalife protein shake meal replacement type thing. But as I read about these pans I am becoming very interested in them.
I was thinking about doing some Atkins meals. Like maybe doing 2 meals a day Atkins or a week of Atkins followed by a week of non-Atkins. My question is, would it be worth it?
I was thinking that lowering my carbs in any way would be good. But then I was thinking about how so many people said that the 1st week was the hardest. Would I be putting myself through that again and again? Also I've read mention of ketosis. Obviously I wouldn't be in ketosis if I was going back and forth.
Any help from you Atkins experts?
