X-treme Christmas tree cutting?

Three weeks from today we are boarding a plane! (Trying not to let anxiety overtake me. I hate flying.)
Boy, do I sympathize!
I completely stay out of the hunting escapades. I don't go, I don't know where any of the stuff is. The next year after your cruise don't get back in the middle of it! You'll have a plausible excuse- "I wasn't here last year, dear, I have no idea where your RealTree jacket is..."
For skiing and vacation, I have lists that I have fine-tuned over the years and everyone gets one. They are all old enough to find their own stuff (even DH, LOL). It's very painful at first, and things do get forgotten (like a ski jacket- ouch, that was expensive!), but once you train them properly it gets much easier! Also, from an early age they had to carry their own stuff, so they don't take very much, either.![]()
All this talk about cute pet names makes me wish we had one... Maybe we can get a fish and name him pudge. (Hope I spelled that right)

What's funny is last year we were in London and my DS was old enough to drink- this year we're eating at the Rose and Crown and he's not!![]()
I went three years ago.
The cookies were just fine. They weren't fresh baked, gourmet cookies, but they were plenty tasty.
It was a little crowded around the parade and whatnot, but no more than usual. I felt the crowd level wasn't bad at all. And if you wanted to break off and do rides/attractions there was literally NO wait for most.
Seeing the castle lit up, drinking cocoa and eating a chocolate chip cookie while the snow fell on main street was priceless.
I like the way you're thinking about it, and I'm getting BEYOND excited to do it again this year.

Hi everyone!
I am 14 days away!!!
We are the ones taking my nieces and nephews along with their mom and my parents. All in total...10 (5 kids). As the nieces and nephews have never been on vacation before we have tried to make the anticipation special. I started emails two months ago. One a week with something of interest. So far I did (as this was to benefit my parents and SIL, too)
- Form or Function: How to Protect my Twinkle Toes in Disney. This was all about how much walking we would do, suggestions for shoes and what to pack for foot care. I know not fun...but I slayed them with my sarcasm.
- Is There a Mule Anywhere? What to Pack for the Parks. Tips on what to bring into the parks with you and ideas for carrying such things.
- Extra Baggage Fees Anyone? This was about what to PACK in your suitcase, what amenities are in our resort room, suggestions to make life easier, etc.
- Roll Me Around The World: Dining is Free but the Extra Wadrobe is Not! This was all about our dining reservations, popular snacks, etc.
- Will Harry Potter Be There? What About Shrek? This was about the Characters. Which ones we WILL see due to character dining, and then all the ones offered they can see. As their kids are older (9, 9, 13) they had very few on the list...Phineas and Ferb, Wreck it Ralph, Mickey and Minnie.
--Sleigh Bells Ring in Florida, Can you Hear Them? Top five Holiday experiences at Disney to put us in the mood. Did a picture and quick caption for MVMCP, Osborne, etc.
So...my questions is...I have two emails left to send. What other topics can I do?
DH had that problem back as a senior in high school. Their senior year trip was to Quebec, Canada back in 1988. The legal drinking age in Canada back then was 18 (don't know if it still is or not). They were all told that they were not allowed to visit any bars or have alcohol even though they were "old enough" to drink. Because they were all US citizens, the chaperones still held to the US legal drinking age of 21.
