I had posted a while back about our trip to FW back in the end of May/Beginning June. There were some issues with our site, blah blah blah. Talking to the front desk didn't really do much other than say we could move (which if you camp, you know is a really difficult thing to up and move your site). Anyway, on the main Disney site, I clicked "contact us" and explained what happened in a friendly email. I even put that this probably wouldn't influence if and when we come back as the kids love it, I love it and we go at least once a year anyway, but thought they should know. I didn't hear a thing back for a few weeks until the other day when I received a phone call from the executive offices telling me that they were refunding 25% of our site costs to us and apologizing for the inconvenience. I was floored!
I didn't even ask for anything and would have been happy with a note back apologizing for the situation. So, Disney came through in the end to restore my faith and magic.
Just thought that since I complained, that I should also tell you all how great they are.
