What night do you think they will do the Halloween party? Same night as Pirate night maybe?
Sarah got her costume today. She's going to be a Glee cheerleader.

I think I may just wear my halloween shirt I'm wearing to MNSSHP. I do however have my eye on a greek goddess costume at the shop, was thinking I could be a muse from Hercules....

Last years halloween trick or treating was a different day. It was really cute for the kids-they sent them on a hunt up stairs and down to buckets of candy!

Got our suitcases up from the basement, have a few things tossed into it and did my "junk" shopping. Junk = toiletries, room air freshener, sewing kit, lysol wipes, shout wipes ... etc.

Tip envelopes are designed and printed, parley pins and mnsshp tickets done, copies of passports and vacation binder organized.

Then the kids came over with the baby and nothing got done!

Up early again this morning hoping to get a few more things done until we're pleasantly interrupted with babies and kids again.

Baby interruptions are the bestest! Sean is off working a very rare overtime shift today to make some extra money for the cruise. Going to work on the fe's and pack some things today. Sarah may have her first official date this afternoon!

I am WAY behind in getting things together. Normally I have everything ready and organized months ahead. I had planned on making my formal night dress but it was becoming quite apparent that I was not going to have any free time to do it so I did buy one the other day Same as pirate costumes and holloween.... I almost always make their costumes and didn't realize how expensive they were I thought I might might puke at the price AND they are no where near the quality of what I would have made. I just kept telling myself it was worth my time... but I'm not very convincing I still feel a bit nauseated. My two little ones are going as the Mario bros and Nate is going to be Austin Powers and I'm going as a fembot... just kidding I'm just a going as a plain 60's chic. My 14 yr old is leaning towards the I'm too embarrassed to be seen with you people costume.... Harry Potter's invisibility cloak.

I'm sorry to have to announce that we are going to be complete party poopers - we just don't have the luggage allowance to bring fancy dress/pirate night costumes. I have bought a pirate-style t-shirt for pirate night and DS has a pirate top too but that is as far as we will be going

Hey where's our count down chic!

So our teen kids got there room assignment and it's on deck 2. When we initially booked we had them on deck 6 with us but when my aunt decided to book with her grandkids one had to go with my DS and 2 nieces. Well when we went to add her I was told it was only a 3 person room and they went to deck 2. My aunt was going to be on that deck as well so I didn't feel as bad since there would be an adult close by to supervise. Well she had a change of plans and had to cancel Well there were no more rooms available for choosing on deck 6 and we just had to hope and pray that they would end up on deck 6. My TA is on vacation until Monday and I don't know if there's anything that she can do for us anyway. I'm just not cool with the teenagers being on a deck by themselves. If worse comes to worse my DS will have to sleep on the floor in our room! I hate that we have boarding times otherwise I would show up early to buy an upgrade. Well that's my little rant for the day... I'm better now
