There is a red car in MGM, across from the Carthay Circle Theater. What number is on it, and what is the significance of the number?

Wow.. you miss a couple days and you miss a lot here in the CC. And to think I knew the last way to get into Epcot, but didn't get to post it. When you experience it, you remember those kind of things.

Ooooo... the car in MGM. Um, off the top of my head I'm drawing a blank, but the obvious "1971" comes to mind. But knowing the Imagineers, that's *TOO* obvious, so I'll say it's either 28 or 1928.
