Sorry for taking so long to get back to the game...school just started after a few "snow" days and the profs went straight to work...ugh.

When lighting struck the Hollywood Tower Hotel on October 31st, 1939, all the clocks stopped. What time was it?

I think it should be 1:13 (1313)...but I agree with JamesD -8:05.

Your original guess sounds great to me, but then again I am the one who inadvertently revealed herself as a ride chicken when I recently guessed that there were 13 guests in the elevator when it was hit by lightening! :rolleyes1

hehe....BUSTED!
If it makes you feel any better at all, I only rode ToT for the first time in September. I too was (*WAS*...it's really not so bad) a ride chicken too.
Try it sometime.:)

Right you are, JamesD and plutospup!!! An AAQ to the two of you! I've never thought about 13:13 though...love the idea.

It's time I started using my new (to the DIS) screen name.
Here's a similar question:
What is the time indicated on the back of the Primeval Whirl vehicles?

:scared:
May I just mention that this question is making me nuts! I really enjoy Primeval Whirl and have all these pictures from my children whizzing around on it about 100 times, yet still...I can't see that time on the back! I even desperately google-imaged it and nothing. ARGH! So, is the time a broken clock...or maybe is the clock not a regular clock but a year clock because it's a time machine...so the time is Way Back or something like that?
:scared:
Someone answer it correctly and let me get some sleep!!!

I'd help you out if I could Patty, sadly I've never ridden it (not that I'm a ride chicken or anything ;) ).

Somebody please help her, friends don't let friends DIS & doze.

Okay, there is a clock face painted on the back of the time machine vehicles.
And the arms of the clock are set at 2:55.
There is also a phrase on the back of every vehicle related to the attraction.
What is the phrase on the back of the Primeval Whirl vehicles?

dzneynut...you're making us think! ...or at least 'googling'!

Maybe..."Going Back In Time"?

Well, "older than dirt" and "the end is near" are signs on the ride itself...could they also be on the ride vehicles?

Patty

Bingo Patty! Yes, it is "the end is near!"
A prehistoric AAQ coming your way.
See, that wasn't that hard! ;)

:cool1: Thank goodness!

Okay, next question: Where in WDW do you board metroliners?

Patty (a-counting down to Feb at POFQ!):hourglass

:thumbsup2 Yup. Your AAQ Metroliner is now departing Rockettower Plaza Station for a round trip Super Skyway tour.

Patty
