Ohhhhhhh, was it Equatorial Africa??? I thought I remembered something about this, which is the reason why, in the dead are between China and Germany, the "Outpost" has an African theme.

Yep Equatorial Africa is it. Israel is the only other country I can think of that was a proposed pavillion that never came to be. In my humble opinion I think they got their Africa (kind of) in AK though.
