All Disney World parks closed today

our local news is reporting that disney/epcot and downtown disney are now OPEN

Calling right now to see if the parks are open. Really want to go do something today! LOL

Read further - Magic Kingdom has reopened and will be open until midnight. Epcot is open and will be until 10:00PM. MGM and Animal Kingdom will remain closed for the rest of the day.

Here's the latest from the Orlando Sentinel a few minutes ago:

SeaWorld and Discovery Cove opened this morning, to light crowds. Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, Epcot and the Downtown Disney shopping area all reopened by 2 p.m. on Monday. The remainder of the Disney entertainment complex, including Animal Kingdom and Disney-MGM Studios, are expected to return to normal schedules on Tuesday. This is their news release:

The Walt Disney World Resort safely withstood the wind and rain associated with Hurricane Wilma, maintaining power throughout the storm and housing tens of thousands of Guests in our resort hotels. The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Downtown Disney are now open. Prior to opening our parks, Disney Characters and Cast Members entertained thousands of our Guests in the dining areas of our resorts, and turned resort lobbies into activity centers for the children.

As everyone else has said, MK, Epcot and DTD are open.

MK - 1 - Midnight
Epcot - 1- 10 with the Beach Boys playing at 5:45, 7 and 8:15 and Illuminations at 9
DTD - 1 - 11

This according to the very nice CM i just spoke with on the phone.

That being said , I'm off to Epcot!

That's great news. I can't imagine looking forward to a trip for months (years?) and then losing a day at the parks due to weather. Of course, many people in Florida will have much more serious concerns today than losing a fun day at WDW, and I really hope the damage is minimal.

Think we may go tomorrow and maybe Wednesday too! LOL I'm bored and I don't feel like cleaning house. Plus I want to enjoy this nice cool weather while it last.
