Parking lot openings

What time do the various parking lots open to guests?

I know that for EMH the lots might not be open during that first hour. But for say a 9am opening what time do they open the booths to let guests in?

I've always understood it to be 2 hours before official park opening time.

Last time we went to WDW, we had early ADR's for CRT at MK. Our ADR was for 8:05a and we arrived at the MK parking gates at around 7:30a. They were already open and we had no problems getting in.

The only theme park lot that closes is DAK. There had been reports of it not being open early enough for early tours or breakfast reservations, but they seem to be doing better with that lately. It will definitely be open for EMH.

The other 3 parks' parking are open all night. The toll booth may be unstaffed, but there will be at least one lane open with a green light.
