parking fees applicable for rented DVC points?

We have just rented points for a split stay at BLT & SS for next May. This will be our first DVC rental stay since the parking fees have been implemented. As someone who is staying on rented DVC points, am I liable for parking fees or covered under the point owners umbrella?

If anyone is staying at a Disney Resort or DVC Resort on DVC Points then they do not pay for parking. The DVC owner pays for the maintenance of the parking lots in their annual dues so we already paying for the privilege of parking. And would be true for renters or family members staying on our points.

No charge when staying on DVC points whether it's an owner or a renter.
