Parking at theme park on check in day

Hi. Did a thread search on parking but didn't see an answer to this question. On the day we check into our onsite resort will our MagicBands allow us to park at EPCOT that morning free prior to check in? I have read that they get activated at 6 AM the day we check in- and am hopeful this will carry over to parking at theme parks. We usually have APs and never had to think about parking, but moved from Florida to Arizona and are using regular admission for the first time so unsure about this. Thanks.

Use ON-LINE check-in. (Which you can do WELL in advance of your arrival day.)
Tell the App you'll be arriving at 7AM, or so.

By the way, with the adoption of on-line check-in, most guests never need to stop at the resort's front desk for the entire trip.
