Parking at the parks

We've never driven our own cars to the parks--only relied on Disney transportation. This trip, we are driving to FL (from TX) and are planning on driving ourselves a couple of times to the parks.

The first day, we have a PPO breakfast ADR at Crystal Palace. How much time should we allow for parking/getting to the gate with an 8:30 reservation?

The second day, we have a PPO breakfast ADR at Askershus. Is it easier to park and walk from the Boardwalk? Or the main parking? And--same question as above about timing (except we have an 8:00 reservation).

Any other parking tips? We'll probably do a mixture of both driving ourselves/relying on Disney transportation for the rest of the trip. :)

For Crystal Palace you are going to have to park at the TTC and either monorail or boat over to MK. The monorails have been iffy lately.
Technically, you aren't supposed to be able to park at BW unless you valet park, it is only for guests or anyone who has an ADR there at BW, then you can only park for 3 hours. Not sure where you are coming from but at that time of the morning I would think as long as you were at the front gate around 7:30 or a tad after just to allow yourselves the time to walk through FW to WS you should be fine.

I would use the bus for Crystal Palace because of the unreliable monorail schedule and the fact that the bus drops you off without having to mess with the TTC.

For Epcot, you would need to park in the Epcot parking lot, but you should have a great parking spot arriving that early. I would be in the parking lot by 7:30.

For Crystal Palace, I would be at the bus stop just before 7 am. If you really want to drive, then I would plan to be pulling up to the TTC by 7 am.

For Epcot, since you would have to walk around WS via UK and Canada to get to Askershus, I would just use the Epcot parking lot. The walk is going to be about the same distance. I would suggest arriving no later than 7:30 for your PPO. (Most things I read seems to be that they start letting in PPO reservations at 7:45 am.)

I agree with others. Buses to MK are more direct than driving to TTC & taking ferry/ monorail to MK.
If you want to park at Boardwalk & stay at Epcot after breakfast, you must Valet Park there. Boardwalk parking is meant for Boardwalk guests. I would use Epcot parking.
