I know we will take the bus to MK and probably Epcot but what is parking like at the other parks? I am thinking that we will drive to the water parks and downtown Disney and possibly AK since we will have a PS at Chef Mickey's that evening. Is it "easy" to park at these parks or do you have to walk forever to get to the entrance?

Parking at the water parks is rather easy. Aslong as you are not going in the middle of summer and getting there real late. And at the most you would have to walk maybe 5 min to get to the entrance. Now DTD is a different story. Unless you get there early its hard to find a spot. Usually you end up in the Pleasure Island/ Cirque parking area and you have to walk over to the shops. The busses run pretty frequent, so I would say take a bus.

I don't know when you are going, but we found no problems with driving between parks (MK, Epcot, AK and MGM) and parking. We just returned yesterday from a week in The World. The trams are frequent so if you happen to be far away, it isn't that big of a deal. If you are close, walking is no biggie. Of course, you can't walk into the MK unless you are in one of the close resorts.

We live in central Florida, but when we stay at a resort, we drive to all the parks except MK. As for DTD the above poster who said it's hard to find a spot in the evening is correct. Arrive after 7pm and you might be driving around for quite a while to find a spot. We can usually find spots on the West Side in the back behind Cirque and Quest, but that is a far walk to the market place.
