Parking at LGA

How is the long term parking at LGA? Is it easy to find? Do the shuttles to the terminals (we're flying AA) come at regular intervals?

Thanks, 1st time flying out of NYC airport and we want to make sure we know what we're doing before we get there.....

I have used Avistar parking. You can find them on the web. They are good and usually pick you up with in 15 minutes. They give discounts for AAA. Make sure you make a resveration, as they do fill up.
