We are staying at Kidani and renting a mini van. Can we park at any hotels in the park or do we have to park in the public parking when going to a park? My daughter has special needs and I thought this may be easier to get in and out. If not, we will take our handicap sticker, I just wasnt sure if we could or not with a dvc membership.

Technically with her handicap sticker you could valet free at resorts (although in reality you are only supposed to park at a resort for using the resort- all resorts with theme park access specifically state you cannot park there to access the theme parks). I would have to say though that with the exception of the MK (which has the TTC to go through) the handicapped parking at the theme parks is significantly closer than you would get by parking at a resort instead of the lot. They also try to keep complimentary wheel chairs beside this parking to help people get through the gate. Your DVC membership itself gives you no parking privileges.

Ok thanks for letting me know. Her special needs stroller is huge and I thought wheeling her into the monorail would be easier then folding it up and getting in a tram in the parking lot.

The handicap parking at the TTC is close enough to walk to the monorail (and bypass the parking tram).

DVC membership doesn't give us free parking at all and any resort or the theme parks. It just gives us parking at our resort and the theme parks WHILE we are staying at that resort. Often the resorts will allow you to park there if you have a dining reservation, but you may be limited to three hours.

But like Missy says, just use the handicap parking at the theme parks because it is much closer to the entrance.
