Parking at Dolphin

This July we're having our first stay at the Dolphin (need 2 rooms with Teacher's Rate for growing family, but are spoiled by the location of the Deluxe's).

We have always stayed at the Disney Resorts and are used to parking at those Disney Resorts and getting a pass to park at other Disney Resorts and the parks for free. Will we get such a pass at the Swan/Dolphin? We used to keep it in our windshield the whole stay and it was good for parking at the water parks and other resorts?
I wasn't able to get through the 1100+ posts on the FAQ thread for the answer.

As a Swan/Dolphin resort guest, you just flash your room key to get free parking at the theme parks. There is no parking pass that I'm aware of.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. We are slightly nervous about staying at a resort that is not a "Disney" one, and you've made us feel better about it. The Boards carry mixed reactions to the Swan/Dolphin. I'm sure we'll find out for ourselves how we will feel there.

We stayed at the Dolphin a few weeks ago. We had no problems going to the other hotels and parking for meals, etc. I don't think it matters where you stay, you still have to go through the deluxe hotel's security gate and they give you a pass usually for 3 hrs if you're going for a meal and I don't think they really check the time unless the lot is overcrowded.

The Dolphin (nor the Swan when we've stayed there) didn't give us any type of tag or anything for the self parking nor does the S/D have a security gate to pass through.

For the record, don't be nervous about the Dolphin. We've stayed at the Swan 5x prior to the Dolphin. I was reading all kinds of negative feedback about the Dolphin that made me nervous about staying there right before we left. Since our stay I now prefer the Dolphin over the Swan. Just returned from the Dolphin - made several trips to visit friends at the Poly and had no problem parking...
