Parking and drop offs

We are going to get a car for the first time on our December trip to Kidani. Never driven around the property before - we usually stay at a monorail resort and rely on bus transportation....

Is there a drop off lane at the parks? My DW is handicapped and it would be easier to drop off.

Are there handicap parking spots? We have a placcard that we can hang from our review mirror in Illinois, will bringing that be good enough for while we are down in Disney?

There are no "drop off" lanes at the parks. There are plenty of handicapped parking spots, and a hanging placard will be fine.
