Parking and annual pass

Just found out my cousin (who has an AP) will be staying with us part of the week. I am assuming she gets free parking but how does this work? Like if she goes with us in the morning but then we go back for afternoon break and she doesn't return to the park with us, will we still have some kind of paper or would she have to show her AP every time?

Are you staying on site? If so, you get a parking pass for the resort that you put in the car window. That parking pass gets you free parking at the parks.
