Has anybody stayed here? If so, how was it? How is their pool? Any information will be appreciated.

I didn't actual stay there but I encountered very rude employees when I called to modify a reservation. I ended up just cancelling the ressie all together.

I spent a night here before moving to the GC. It is a small and older motel that has no theme or personality. The room we had was nice sized of average decore but clean with a coffee maker and a fridge. Some of the rooms closer to the front look small and older. The beds were comfortable. The walls and windows thin so we could hear noise from out in the parkinglot. The pool is to one side of the parkinlot and is nothing special but would be cool on a hot summer day. It is surrounded by cars and fences. No trees.
The location is awesome. It was a minute or less walk to the stoplight at the crosswalk to the parks. If you hit the light right you could be from your room to the park gates in four to five minutes.

Hmm, that doesn't sound too good. How about the Carrosel Inn & Suites? Would that we a better choice?

I have read about 40/30/30good, average and bad on the Carousel. I assume you are looking for something near the crosswalk but still not over 60-70 dollars. Check out Howard Johnson. They have interior corridors, the rooms were recently remodeled. There are two pools, lots of pine trees but noe continental breakfast. The walk to the Disneyland is 7-10 minutes if you don't have to wait at the stop light for to long.

I have looked at the Ho-Jo, but I am really trying to find a room that has a fridge in the rooms. I guess I will keep looking ... thanks for all your info.

We stayed at the Park Inn (not Park Vue) and it had a small fridge and coffee maker in the room, it is right accross the street from DLR and we even had a Park facing room. I found it to be very quite, my mom on the other had said she could hear the street noise and noisy neighbors.

According to the Howard Johnson website, they have refrigerators in the room.

It says the hotel was recently renovated

Thanks. I guess I missed it the first time. I have abandoned the idea of staying at the Park Vue, due to several bad comments about it. Thanks to all. I have switched to the Ho-Jo.
