I’m sorry for your loss, that was a great contract. I’m also not sure how to process DVC actually doing what we expected and making the most economically rational choice.

FWIW, I would much rather be at WL than OKW, even if it cost a bit more upfront.

FWIW, I would much rather be at WL than OKW, even if it cost a bit more upfront.

Yeah, it was worth a shot, but not upset or surprised that it got taken. I started looking at other resorts while it was in queue and decided to look somewhere that actually has an 11 mo booking advantage for peak times since that's when we tend to travel.

We just stayed here for the first time on our trip a couple weeks ago. We lucked out with a stunning view straight on to spaceship earth and could see both Epcot and MK fireworks from our room . Amazing. I loved it so much that I think it’s my favorite resort. My husband felt the exact opposite or I’d be hunting for resale contracts right now.

It was 4009 and it was amazing! It was a 2 bedroom lock off and I think the studio part was maybe 4008 but can’t remember. Seriously fantastic. The only slight downside was it was a hike to the elevator but we all felt it was more than worth it.
