We are renting points for OKW and purchasing the dining plan through a DVC member. If I buy park tickets through Disney's website will they be able to put all of this on our Key to the World cards?

Yes. The front desk can even put unused MYW tickets purchased from a discount broker on your room key.

Just an FYI. You can not buy the dining plan from the DVC member. They must reserve it for you, but you pay for it when you check into the resort.
