I am just about to order my tickets from Orlando Attractions - the total price of my tickets has dropped by £12 today due to, I assume, the upturn in the exchange rate!:cool1:
But i can't see anywhere on there website to say whether I will get actual tickets or vouchers. If its vouchers does this bother any of you and what do we do with them, do we exchange them at the park gate ? thanks :goodvibes

I was wondering this myself, i did think they were real tickets until a thread about ticket prices (posted today) said they were vouchers...They are definately the cheapest anyone has mentioned on here (and that i've found) but not sure about vouchers etc and whether this makes a difference...If you have to hand a eVoucher over at the entrance to the parks i would rather pay the £10 difference and get real tickets, i don't want to stand in a queue and miss the advantages of getting there at rope drop for the sake of a tenner!...If someone who has used Orlando Attractions could shed some light i think we'd both really appreciate it...

They are definitely real tickets - we got great service and e mails every other day updating us. A 6 day Magic Your Way ticket was only 137 quid (3 days free) and they came within a week. Didn't charge for shipping either! Found them on the DIBB the 'other' big UK forum where we read tons of very good reviews. Check it out - you have nothing to worry about. Just do a search. There's also a really useful ticket comparison chart in the ticket forum which will save you tons of searching around! Let us know how you go on. Right now we all have to save as much as we can!

If you read the testimonials on their website it would seem that some customers have received tickets, and others have opted to have a voucher sent by email that is then redeemed for tickets once in Florida.
We had vouchers in Feb. as we bought from Virgin. All we did was spent our first night there at DTD where we exchanged them ready for the next day.
Personally I have no issue buying vouchers but do understand how some people like to have the real thing - especially if it is their first visit and they want to make sure everything is in place and ready to go.

Thanks Kenny.
I have posted on your weekly ticket thread that I have decided to buy my tickets from Orlando Attractions, I am ordering Disney, Seaworld and universal tickets so I will report back to let you know whether they send me vouchers or tickets. Also because I am purchasing disney tickets within my order I will get free shipping.:cool1:

We ordered our SW/Aquatica and US/IOA tickets from orlandoattractions. They arrived a couple of weeks ago. US/IOA are real tickets. SW/Aquatica are e-tickets with our names on that you can take straight to the entrance. I thought the customer service was superb. They even e-mailed me on the Thursday, telling me that all the tickets would be delivered before 1pm on the following day. True to their word they arrived at 11 the following morning.

With the confusion over real tickets or vouchers i decided to give Orlando Attractions a call today and find out for us all!

Here goes...

All disney tickets are real tickets!

Anything to do with Seaworld are E-Tickets (no queueing to get a regular size ticket, you can take these straight to the turnstiles and scan them, you'll just need to print them off at home before departure!..Ideal for last minute buys)

Universal are all real tickets too!

Things like Kennedy Space Centre are vouchers.

Flex-Ticket are real tickets also.

You don't need to state a date as these tickets are valid to use anytime in 2009, they will however ask when your traveling as quite a few people have left buying to last minute and may not arrive in time. Therefore you might need to collect them on arrival in Florida.

Hope this helps, i'll post this in the other thread too.

Oh and also...The lady on the phone was really friendly and helpful. They look good, in fact when i get home from work i think i'll buy my tickets ready for September.....

Just wanted to say that Iv only ever had vouchers in place of my tickets....

Its always been fine and caused me no problems, just take the voucher to guest services and they exchange it for a ticket!! :thumbsup2

I think that because im in such a fab mood because im in Disney, having to queue for 2 minutes or so doesnt bother me in the slightest....:dance3:

Nothing really to worry about!!
