Hi Ladies!

I'm finally home and feeling somewhat better. The doctors finally figured out that I have been feeling flu-ey for several weeks because my appendix was inflamed. I was feeling really, really bad so I went to my doctor again, he drew blood, my white blood cell count was way up, he diagnosed appendicitis and off to the hospital I went. While I was waiting for my surgery to be scheduled, my appendix ruptured so I've been in the hospital all week dealing with recovery from surgery and the aftermath of having all the yucky stuff from my appendix coursing through my system. I'm home now, still weak and trying to get things done as well as I can.

Thank you to everyone who has sent their items. I have a huge stack of mail by my scrap table that I haven't gone through yet so I can't update. I should know by tomorrow. I am very sorry to say that I have not finished my own items. I can swap what I have and send your extra things back to you or I can finish mine up this week and get them out next weekend. Please let me know what you prefer. My feelings won't be hurt if you want me to just go ahead and swap what's here.

Sorry for not answering you sooner, MyLittlePiglet. I, too, scrap 12 x 12 so I have no problem with your topper. It doesn't look to me like anyone has had an issue so I wouldn't stress.

I'll update the received list tomorrow. Let me know if you want me to swap right away. Thanks again for your patience while I was gone!

Glad you're home and feeling a little better. Take care of yourself and don't rush sending out the swaps. As far as I'm concerned, it would be fine to hold them until you feel like finishing yours, if you really want to try doing it in the next few weeks. Personally, there are so many swaps going on right now, I won't have time to scrap until after the first of the year!

It takes awhile to recover from surgery, especially with what you've gone through, so take care of yourself!!

Surgery recovery can send you for a loop, take your time heal up and make/ send out the items when you feel like it. We mean it!!! Don't do it before your good and ready

I just wanted to post and let everyone know that I have updated the received list on the first post. I updated earlier but forgot to post. Everything I have received looks fabulous and I am sure you are all going to love it! I'm still waiting on two packages and will be working on mine for a few minutes at a time. I hope to have them finished by the end of the week but am not making any promises. I'm finding that I am needing more sleep than I had anticipated.

How funny that you asked just now because I just received a PM from fanofthemouse telling me her package had been returned to her for insufficient postage. She is re-shipping. I have not heard anything from Bigsis1970 but I know she was having some family problems. I am still plugging away at my last few pieces and hope to have them finished on Saturday.

Everyone please keep their eye out and let me know if they see Bigsis1970 around. I'll try PMing her as well. Honestly, I've not been online much because I've been conserving my energy for work and scrapping. I'll update y'all when I know something!
