Park reservation required to make ADRs?

Our first trip since 2019. We are staying on property and have our tickets linked in MDE. Our day to make ADRs is coming up soon and I have a basic question that I haven't been able to answer after looking for a half hour.

I haven't made any park reservations yet and am hoping to choose those after I have some of my ADRs. Is this even possible?

I'm not talking about park hopping; found a thread about ADRs for that situation.

no you don't need one...but if you can't get into the park, you'll be a no-show.
