Park Reservation Advice

We are going to be at WDW Saturday Jan 29 - Monday Jan 31 and are trying to decide which park is best to reserve each day. We currently have MK Saturday, DHS Sunday, and AK Monday with Park Hoppers and the plan/hopes to hop over to Epcot one or two nights. We originally went with this because we thought the MK would be open later Saturday and close earlier Monday but as of right now all four parks have the same hours every day. (MK 9-8, E 10-9, DHS 9-9, AK9-7) Are certain parks more or less crowded on weekend vs week day? It seems to me that MK can be worse on weekends. Which park would you reserve for each day?

not sure but I would not hop to Epcot on Saturday. Sunday or Monday would be better

if you're staying at a deluxe hotel then would eserve the parks that have extended hours (Epcot & Magic Kingdom) on the "right" days to enjoy that perk
