Hey all, I think I'm missing something. For Park reservations with an annual pass, it says on the site that I can do 3-5 ( depending on the AP in question ) and the length of my stay if I'm staying on property... Does that mean I can book any time during that length, but the number of reservations is still capped at 3-5 ?

I'm in the process of booking for our Feb-Mar trip, and have only been able to book 5 for my wife and I. The rest of the group joining us are coming on regular theme park tickets. But we're staying on-site the whole time... so I would have thought I could book.

Wanted to check with you all before I wait on hold for an hour to talk to someone at Disney.

thanks

You can hold park reservations for every day of your on-site stay PLUS an additional 3 to 5 (depending on pass level) for off-site stays.

Okay, so in other words something is definitely wrong if I can only make 5. ( We are on-site, at a Disney owned resort for 10 days )

Can you help me find the link? I have a resort reservation but do not see where I could make park reservations for more than 5 days. (I hate that it is so confusing now.) THANKS!

Go to "Disney Park Pass System" in the MyDisneyExperience pulldown on the top right of the website. There is an AP option. There will be two options. "Book Park Reservation" is for your AP bucket. "Book Park Reservation for Hotel Guest" is for your onsite stay.

Thank you!! I have found it!

There is a slight advantage to using your "AP bucket" reservations instead of your "resort bucket" reservations if you don't need the AP bucket ones for anything else. AP bucket reservations can be "modified" without cancelling and rebooking. In other words, lets say you have an AP bucket reservation for Magic Kingdom and wake up one morning and decide you'd rather do Hollywood Studios instead. You can modify the reservation to Hollywood Studios with no risk. If you're using the resort bucket one though you have to first cancel the reservation and then book a new one. If you are going during a high attendance period there is the chance that after you cancel it, the HS one is no longer available, and then you back to book the MK one and that's no longer available as well.

3-5 days depending on your pass tier + any on site days + any ‘bonus dates’ that don’t count to your quota
