Park Hopper Vouchers

My sister's family and Me and my kids will be arriving after a long drive on Friday Feb., 13th. We have annual passes but my sister and her kids will have PHPs. I don't want to waste time Saturday morning getting the passes. I would like to get them on Friday. Where can they be exchanged for the actual passes.

I went to Downtown Disney the evening we arrived to get a little Disney fix and to exchange my voucher for a pass. It took about 5 minutes.

Thanks Christine that is perfect, but where in DTD did you go? WIll they also exchange for annual passes?

PHP's do not require any exchanging. The ticket they got is the actual ticket.

As far as your AP's go, if DTD is the most convenient for you there are two Guest Relations located there. One is in the Marketplace section right next to the Once Upon a Toy shop.

The other is in West Side right near the PI entrance. It's a white building that says Information on it.

Both are open until 11 PM Sun-Thu and till 11:30 on Fri & Sat.

I was exchanging my voucher for an annual pass. I went to guest relations near Once Upon a Toy, as the previous poster mentioned. It is kind of out of the way, around the back of another store, but I just asked the first CM I saw and she gave me great directions. You can also pick up park maps with times while you are there.
