trying to trim our budget, do you think in october we would have a problem not having the hopper t ickets? Its either Park Hopper Tickets or Reg tickets with one night of MNSSHP. Our dinner reservations are at 50's prime time, Lecellier, Chef Mickeys and Ohana..

Thanks

That's what we're doing this year! We're gonna buy the tix without park hopping and then we already bought our MNSSHP tix. We figured we dont really need to park hop, it's kinda nice to spend one whole day in each park and take our time enjoying everything. I've never been to WDW without a park hopper ticket...this will be the first time and I think I'm starting to realize I really dont need it if I have enough time to spend in each park per day!

and if you want - you can pseudo-hop on the day of MNSSHP- go somewhere different in the am and then MK that night. One day of hopping per trip is enough for me anyway.

I'd go MNSSHP and regular tickets. Remember you can get into MK as early as 4:00 PM with just the MNSSHP, and just rule over Tommorowland between 6 and 7 PM while the CM's shoo all the non-Party people out of the park. We found that a waterpark or DD in the AM, early entry (4PM) and early ADR's in MK, that the MNSSHP was a pretty full day. Enjoy! :thumbsup2

Can you get into MK for MNSSHP at 4:00 with just the party ticket? Without a regular park pass...just the party admission price?

Yes, I think thats what wengino is saying. However, some (if not most) atrractions are closed, as are the restaurants until the official start of the party which is at 7pm. They keep early admissioners in a "staging" area (ie:Fronteirland, Tomorowland...each year is different) until 7pm.

From 4:00p to 6:00p everything is still open. The park officially closes to day guests at 6:00p and it re-opens at 7:00p and for that hour party guests are 'herded' to one land. Last year it was Adventureland/Frontierland but in the past it was always Tomorrowland so we'll see this year. All rides and a CS will be open for that hour in that land for the party guests waiting.

If you have to choose them do the NO hop and get the MNSSHP .

This event was sooo fun but rest before as it's long with all thats going on ( The candy helps keep you awake).

With that and F & W going on MK and epcot are really the only busy parks that you might want to hop from but other then that you should be fine with just the daily tickets for each park.

I canceled our park hoppers and saved enough to pay for MNSSHP tickets. :)

I'm not positive of this, because I have never gone without park hoppers, but if you decide you want to add park hopping to the tickets part way through the trip you can always pay the extra amount and get it added can't you? (of course you have to pay as if you are paying for the whole ticket...not just a couple of days). Correct me if I am wrong here. :confused3
