Park Hopper Plus

I have a question about the 5 day hopper plus tickets. We are going to Disney for 6 days and I was wondering if we wanted to take a break from the regular parks and do a water park does that count against the five days or are the 2 plus part of your tickets seperate?

Water Parks count as Plusses, so you could do 5 days at regular parks, a day at a waterpark and a trip to pleasure island on your 5 day hopper plus

You could actually get 7 days out of your tickets. The plus options can be used completely separately from the regular days. However, unlike the regular days, you can only do one park with each option (or the same one twice on 2 different days). So if you went to TL and BB in the same day, or a water park and PI on the same day like Alison suggested, it would use both plusses.
