Park Hopper Plus

I am staying at OKW for 6 nights in May. This will be the first time I am buying a Park Hopper Plus ticket.

I need a little clarification regarding the options.

If I were to purchase a 5 day PHP ticket, which comes with 2 options...Do I get 5 days worth of park hopping to the four major parks and 2 additional days of water parks? Or does it count the days that I use the options for?
