So.. how often do parks hit capacity? Are you able to get back in later when people leave? We're going during spring break season mid March. Usually go during slow times. Hope I don't have a break-down, lol

I don't think you have to worry about park closures in mid March.

Well, there are multiple phases of park capacity closures. HERE is more info on that. In my time, I don't recall seeing a Phase 4 closing where no one is let in but phase 3s are very common in the week between Christmas and New Year's (definitely on NYE and maybe even Christmas Eve). Phase 2s are common around Easter (thought it didn't happen this year) and sometimes Fourth of July. Beyond that, there generally a non-issue.

Going in March, I don't imagine it being a problem.

Most of the holidays will be busy, but only the handful days surrounding Christmas and New Years Eve is there the real threat of closure. It has happened most every year on those holidays. That certainly doesn't mean those are the only days, but they're the worst as far as closures goes. Also, MK is usually the only one to worry about capacity issues. The others don't see the same crowds.
