We've been park hopping daily since Dec. 20 and the buses have been plentiful going to the parks and coming back to our resort. :thumbsup2

We haven't waited more then five minutes for a bus, even when we've missed one. :)

I'm sure the buses are out full force at all the resorts during this crazy, busy week.

I just want to say, the Disney buses sure beat driving this time of year. Especially when you see that parking lots are full, and cars are being redirected to parking lots that are far away.

We also were impressed with the busses and the ability to reroute based on traffic. We only waited more than 10 minutes to/from CSR once (and the longest wait was due to an ECV being loaded). We couldn't get over the traffic on the main arteries and the ease with which the busses got to parks and DtD.

I also found the majority of drivers to be positive and in great spirits despite crowds and people cutting them off at every turn.

We have been staying at POP this past week and this wasn't the case for us especially in getting back to the resort. Half the time we ended up taking AoA back than a POP bus.

The buses were great for our visit 12/22-12/29!

We went from Animal Kingdom to Boma for dinner on 12/25. By the time we left dinner (reservation was at 7:20pm), there were no buses leaving AK to other resorts, so we had to go to another park or Downtown Disney. The bus driver actually went out of his way to take other passengers to Coronodo Springs even though it wasn't on his route to save them a long trip. (he asked all fellow passengers if it was okay with us first). I was wishing the same could be done for us (staying at All Star Movies), but was impressed that he was able to adjust his route to accommodate needs of guests. The driver had seen a traffic jam earlier in the evening, so was going to drop us on the other side of Downtown Disney to walk across to the buses, but by the time we got there it had cleared up. A bus to our resort was waiting to leave just as we arrived.

That's too bad. We are staying at Pop as well. I guess we've been lucky. We have taken an AofA bus back to our resort a few times. We generally take either an AofA or Pop bus......whichever bus arrives first. It helps that our room is in the 60's near the bridge. :goodvibes
