As others have said, you have to cut ties with your in-laws. I can't imagine the kinds of things they are filling your daughter's head with while she is with them. Your MIL lost her "rights" to your girls when she allowed the SIL to see your kids. These people are evil. I am concerned that they might actually injure your daughters and call social services claiming you did it.

You have to protect your family. We have cut all ties with DH's siblings. We live in the same town with two of them. It isn't always easy but they are toxic and our lives are better without them. It does get easier with time. YOu are fortunate to have you mother's support.

I also want to write up the will stateing that my mom will get all legal rights to my girl's if something ever did happen to DH and I, MIL brought up once that she will fight for my girl's and take them and my mom will only get visitation rights when MIL says so, so I am definately putting my mom down as the sole gaurdian.

Thsnk you, I am a good mommy I talked to DH and he insist on doing it as well, so tomorrow I am calling around to start the process of making my mom soul gaurdian if DH and I can't for one reason or another.
