One other thing is I believe you need to be paid in full, so if you have used a travel agent, make sure you make your final payment around 67 days out in order to be sure that the TA applies your payment to DCL.
I didn't realize this on our last cruise and while our TA from DU was wonderful about it and made sure we didn't lose our reservation, I had to wait a few days after the 60 day mark to book any excursions.
