Parasailing at CR

My family and I are interested in parasailing at the Contemporary during our December visit. According to the Disney website, "Flights are available every 30 minutes, 7 days a week (during business hours and as weather permits)." However, when I go to the Sammy Duvall site to look at the reservation process (I know...it is too early for us still), the only times I see offered for "Winter" dates is 10am and 1pm. So, which is it? Are flights indeed available every 30 minutes? If so, do I have to call to get a time other than 10am or 1pm? Or do they limit reservations because they get good walk-up business?

Maybe you can only reserve a flight during certain times, the rest is walk up. But I have not seen the boat running around all day. I suggest just calling up Sammy D's and ask, citing inability to plan so far in advance and wanting to maintain flexibility during your vacation. Also other Disney content offers discounts to Sammy D's through a printable coupon or some code. Never really understood which.
