Do to a resent illness, my trip has to be changed and I need to reduce what I pay for resort, food, tickets, etc. as much as I can for my Dec 26 to Jan 3 trip to WDW and my first since 1980 when I was 6 yrs old. I will need to pay for my two Doctors visits and that will cost out of pocket after insurance probably $500 to $1000.

I was wondering if paramountinternationtravel and the tickets that they sell are legit or not. Just like everyone else, I don't want to get there and find out that I am out of luck or order them and have them never show up. In stead of getting a UHP for 8 nights I could get a 10 day world pass for $350 and save $50 dollars.

My question is, can you go to multiple parks the same day or is it one park per day. The ticket discription on the site doesn't really explain that very well.

Also, they seem to have really good prices on WDW resorts and wonder if they charge the whole amount onto you CC or just a deposit.

Any help would be great,

Thanks,

I was going to post this on the other board, but since you started a new thread ... :)

I'm fairly sure that the tickets are legit, and apparently people have used them before, so that part would seem reassuring. They are like the UPH, so you can hop all day long!

Have a look at http://www.mousesavers.com/tickets.html#worldpass - Mary puts a great deal of effort into explaining the different ticket options, and this part explains the World Pass. She does some great comparisons to other ticket media. I think the main difference between these and regular park hoppers is that they expire after 20 days (however, UPH expire when you leave...)

You might even want to consider Paramount's 30 day Fun in the Sun pass, as apparently they often sell it for cheaper than the 10 day (strange eh!) But I think you have to call them for that.

I dunno about the resort prices, though, maybe someone else could answer that.

I have ordered the 30 day pass and they come with breakfast vouchers also. So that would be one meal that is also paid for. You have to call paramount for these passes and I do not have the number with me. there are other threads that have this info. I believe the 30 day pass is only 305 or 310, so you can even save a little more with these. They are also park hoppers and include the water parks, DQ, PI and some other orlando sites. Hope this helps

I think that for this trip, I am going to down grade myself to AS-Sports and get an AP and go again in May or June of 04 when discounts and cheaper fares can be had and then go all out with my reservation. This way, I will have my passes taken care of and might even try a second trip in 04 maybe in September, who knows.

Thanks again,

It depends on who you book it through.

When you make a room only reservation through CRO, you put a one night's deposit plus tax down and the balance is due at resort check in.

If you make the room only reservation through WDTC (called the Basic Package), then you are subject to the regular terms of the WDTC reservations: $200 deposit with balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
