Paradise Pier WOC view?

We just booked theme park view for our upcoming Fall stay at Paradise Pier. Wondering what the view is really like to manage my expectations.

You are across the street form DCA and, depending on how high up you are there are some rooftop that you look over. The view of DCA is awesome and WOC can be great from there. Just remember you are viewing it form the side and form a bit of a distance. We loved our Theme park view but I don't remember what floor we were on.

I took this several years back but should still give you an idea. This room was pretty far towards the south end of the PPH tower, rooms toward the other end might see more of the Pixar Pier area. At that time they did play the WoC soundtrack on a channel on the TV in sync with the performance so you could turn that on and watch from afar (though all you can really "see" are the fountains, not the projections or anything). I assume they will still do that.

You see some pretty lights and fountains from the side up high but you certainly don't see the show.

Much appreciated! When I did an image search I saw a WHOLE LOT of images I assumed were misleading, and they were indeed. Expectations tempered appropriately now.
