Parades...Grand Marshalls??

Grand Marshalls for parades...How do you get picked??

That is too cool! Do they just pick you out of a crowd?

Although I've never been picked myself, I've gathered from reading here on the Dis boards that it is usually very random...the CM's will sometimes be near the park's opening and will strike up a conversation with the guests... You kinda' have to be in the right place at the right time!
