Ok, I can cook over fire, but doubling up on the dutch ovens is a whole new level of awesome. I had no idea you could stack them like that. I had no idea those tables even existed. This is fantastic.

That is really great you cook like that for youth and their events. I can see why they’d adore you for that.

I also think I saw that @bama_ed started a train thread over in one of the sub forums. I'm going to have to go check that out. Disney people, train people, camping people, they are all good people. You just have to have patience with the Cousin Eddies.

I have a BSA lid Dutch oven and I admit I don't use it often enough. It takes a few hours to accomplish a DO meal or dessert and time on a WDW vacation is at a premium. I have a Corps of Engineers campground near me that is nice for being close to home, camp (in nice weather), and do things like DO cook.

PS - as for my train thread, I have neglected it but I have to say that DW and I have been through a 1.5yr period (and counting) of elderly parents needing daily care or visits (which we are happy to do because we love them and we know our Commandments) and grandchildren coming into the world and their parents who need support at this new stage of their lives. But the train thing has been happening in the background and I would love to dive into nauseating detail about brands, rolling stock, garden clubs, and operating philosophy. And I will (eventually). Oh, and I have neglected yard care - and the weeds in my yard PROVE IT. I mean, something has to give.....
