Parade route for the Cubs? Timing with dinner

anyone know the parade route for the Chicago Cubs? Where it starts and ends at? It starts at 4:30 right? We have dinner at Park Fare at 5:35 so trying to see if we can time it all right. It's cutting it close but hubby is from Chicago and a long time fan so it would be great to see!
