Parade Or Special Family

Does anyone know how you get noticed to be one of the special famillies like the grand marshalls or in the parades. Someone said wear specical shirts, but what kind?

There are no types of "special shirts" that can get you noticed. Some families who have been chosen have all been wearing the same shirts, or shirts that showed-off a special event (family reunion, birthday, etc). But most families who are chosen are simply families that are happy and having a good time. There is no way to guarantee being chosen. And, in fact, the harder you try, the less likely you are to actually get picked. Just go to the parks, have a good time, and don't be afraid to be chatty with CMs.
