Parade from Columbia Harbour House?

I must have had blinders on during our first and only Disney trip...I don't remember seeing most places other than the attractions! How do I find CHH? Do I have it straight that you can take your food upstairs and sit by a big window? Can you see the afternoon parade or anything else from this upstairs window??

Columbia Harbor House is right across from the entrance to the Haunted Mansion. It is behind the Hall of Presidents and Peter Pans Flight. There is an entrance just past Peter Pan, One by the exit to the HOP and one in front of the Mansion.

Yes there is an upstairs section, but it is not always open. Most of the time when it is open it is only the side that faces towards Peter Pan. You would not be able to see the parade from up there.
